Processing Fabrics

FINISH AND PACKING HOUSE

Processing of our fabrics are under contractual basis at Tarapur which is 1 Kms away from our Manufacturing Units and is well equipped with all advance machinery, like Osthoff Singeing machine (Germany) to new advanced stenters with the finishing capacity of 2000000 mtrs per month. It has got the in-house laboratory as per the guidelines of ITS and they also check the Quality standards like pilling, Abrasion, Tensils Testing Strength, Blend percentage etc. from the bulk in each lot of our fabrics. The process house is well approved by the DuPont to carry our uniform fabric processing.

We have our cutting packing house 1 km away from the process house where the whole cycles of checking the finished fabric is monitored and inspected by our own team of Tusha Textiles.

ADVANTAGE OF LOCATION

We also have the location advantage of having a sea port which is just 100km away from the packing department.

FUTURE EXPANSION

Urged on by the positive response in our products from the global market. Tusha is now all set to expand and enhance its existing production capacity and product range with the more value added items. This will further enhance the market share to the company.

We will be introducing another 32 Air Jet looms of Toyota in our new factory to raise our production capacity and also we have added Land for our own process house which will be commence from the early year 2019
