Weaving Infrastructure
At Tusha Textiles, weaving forms the backbone of our manufacturing excellence. Our fundamental strength lies in our ability to respond dynamically to evolving buyer requirements, supported by a highly skilled technical and innovation-driven team. This agility enables us to develop fabrics that align with both functional and market-specific demands.
A major share of our weaving operations is carried out in-house, allowing us to maintain strict control over quality, consistency, lead times, and product customization. The yarn used in our production is sourced from reputed and compliant suppliers, ensuring superior raw material integrity and dependable fabric performance.
Our infrastructure is built on a strong investment in advanced weaving technology, enabling us to manufacture a wide spectrum of fabrics across blends, constructions, and end-use applications. The manufacturing units are equipped with state-of-the-art, high-speed computerized looms, designed for precision, versatility, and scale.
